Lauren sometimes says to her mother, "Mommy, you are mean to me."

"No, that is not true Lauren," said her Mother; "I take you to the hospital and to the doctor because I love you and I want you to be all right."

It is hard for Lauren to understand, but she knows that it just has to be done.
